Manny (Vernon Emanuel) Steffen is named after both of his grandfathers and this tune is a tribute to them.   Manny Steffen Sr.'s real estate office stood on Oak Street in Fairbury, IL while Vernon Zimmerman's home sat on Boulder Drive in Gridley, IL.  Both were humble men of faith and love.
